How do I make ‘additions’ or ‘delete’ an order?

If you have placed an order, and then decide you would like to add something to that order, delete an item in the order, or cancel the entire order, please contact us – as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT: If a packing slip has not been created for the order, we will happily do our best to add/delete/cancel the necessary items in the order. Past a certain point - in the packing process - we are unable to add/remove anything to the order and it will ship as originally placed.

Shipping Address Details – Please Read Very Carefully

The customer is fully responsible for providing accurate shipment details. Please make sure that your shipping information is correct and complete before submitting your order.

The LuvByNature Store is not responsible for delayed or returned shipments as a result of incorrect or incomplete shipping information, failed delivery attempts, and/or unclaimed packages.

If you have unintentionally entered any incorrect information - please contact us and in the ‘subject’ field of your email – write: ‘ADDRESS CORRECTION’. We cannot guarantee that the information will be able to be updated before your package ships out, although we will do our best to make the changes in the system.

If your package ships out with an incorrect address on it, and the package is lost, we are not responsible for shipping a new package to you.

For U.S. customers only - if your package ships out with an incorrect address on it, but the package is eventually returned to our warehouse by the shipping provider, it is your responsibility to pay for the reshipment costs on the package or else we can refund the cost of the order minus a 3% restocking fee.

Do NOT enter a ‘P.O. Box’ number for your shipping address. If you do – we will attempt to contact you – via email – for a street address. If we cannot get in touch with you - within three days of when you placed your order - the order will be canceled and your payment will be refunded. Some exceptions may apply. If a P.O. box is your only address - we suggest you contact us – prior to submitting an order and we will see if we can accommodate your request.

*PLEASE NOTE: When you use our contact form - these requests are not answered on the weekends. We will do our best to contact you as soon as possible once we receive your request for support.

Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after the payment has been received. Delivery (transit) time quotes begin from the time a package leaves our shipping department.

Processing may take 2-3 days or more during heavier volume days. During sales and promotional periods, orders may take up to 7 business days to process.

You will receive an email - from our shipping department - with your tracking information, once the package gets processed.

Orders placed after 9 am - Eastern Standard Time - Monday through Thursday will be processed the following day.

Orders placed after 9 am – Eastern Standard Time – Friday, and on the weekend, will be processed by the following Monday, unless Monday is a major holiday, at which point orders will be processed on Tuesday.

Missing Package(s)

If you don’t receive your order within a ‘reasonable’ amount of time – let us know by using the contact form. If the carrier doesn't deliver your package or claims to have made the delivery but you have not received it, we will do our best to help you locate the package by opening an investigation with the carrier – which may take 8 – 10 business days to process.

Please understand - we cannot reship an order to you until the claim is fully processed by the carrier. And, naturally, new order and shipping charges may apply and you will be notified – via email - after the investigation is complete.


*All DOMESTIC orders – in the 48 Contiguous States - over $99 qualify for FREE Shipping.

Please note: Orders – with a destination outside of the contiguous 48 states – will not qualify for ‘Free Shipping’.

Generally speaking, we do not accept orders with a ‘P.O. Box’ address – as the shipping address. See ‘Shipping Address Details’ section (above) for more details.

Normally, we do NOT ship to military addresses or APO addresses. If that’s the only address you have – contact us for special arrangements BEFORE you place your order.

USPS and UPS Delivery Times

USPS – ‘First Class’ mail – is usually a 1 - 3 business day service - depending on destination.

UPS – ‘Ground’ is a 1-5 business day service – depending on destination.

UPS – ‘2nd Day Air Saver’ – is a 2 days by end of day service.

UPS – ‘Next Day Air Saver’- is the next day by end of day service.

‘Delivery (transit) Time’ quotes start from the time the package leaves the warehouse.


Please Note: We strongly suggest you review your country's Importation Regulations carefully before placing your order. Duties and Taxes vary from country to country and must be paid by you – our customers.

The LuvByNature Store accepts and ships international orders via USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Express Mail International - depending on your country.

We are not responsible for packages that go missing internationally. Naturally, we will help as much as possible - in the event your package goes missing - but ultimately lost packages are the responsibility of the carrier, not the LuvByNature Store.

We cannot assume the responsibility of replacing or refunding missing packages.

Shipping rates will vary depending on the destination and weight of items ordered.


International orders/shipments may be subject to customs fees or taxes charged by the country in which your order is delivered. We have seen these fees range from 0% - 50%.

If you refuse to accept your package at customs - due to high customs fees - we are not responsible for refunding that order or reshipping the order via any carrier. The package will be abandoned at customs.

If you want a refund on your order, you are responsible for paying the customs fee and the cost of shipping your order back to us. As such, once the package is received back to our shipping department, you will be credited for the cost of your order minus the original shipping charge and minus the customs charge (if you haven't paid it yet) to send the package back to us.

The LuvByNature Store is not responsible for reshipping orders that are refused at Customs. If Customs refuses a package, sends it back to us, and we receive it back from Customs, we can issue you a refund for the products in your order only if we receive the package back and if the contents are in sellable condition.

International orders/shipments may be subject to possible opening of and inspection of goods by Customs officials in the country of delivery. The LuvByNature Store is not responsible for orders that are held up at Customs, damaged by Customs, destroyed by Customs, or refused entrance by Customs due to this process. It is the responsibility of the customer to review their own country's importation regulations, as we are not responsible for items refused by Customs in accordance with their prohibition policies.

Usually, depending on your country, we offer:

USPS Priority Mail International: 6 - 10 days.
USPS Express Mail International: 3 - 5 days.

Buying Policy

The products on this site are for individual use ONLY, and cannot be resold or redistributed. The LuvByNature Store reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason, without notice.

With respect to items sold on - we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced.

If the correct price of an item sold on is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
